Bouncer still the BEST!!
January 21st, We welcome to the Show Team 'Holly' the Traditional Gypsy Cob, who we hope we will get in the show ring at some point!
January 20th, Manchester Ch Sh, Muffin actually behaves herself in the ring although she is not placed we are so happy she has finally realised what a show dog has to do!
January 19th, Manchester Ch Sh, Bouncer aka Ch & Ir Ch Badlesmere Brabazon In Kofyn ShCM EUW 09 CW 10 is Best AVNSC under judge Ben Reynolds-Frost a good start to the year for us at our first show.
January 16th, We say goodbye to the the Girl from the Welsh Hillsides, 'Cassie' has gone to a new home with the lovely Sue in Berkshire, she has become too strong for Mel's injured shoulder to cope with.
December 7th, OOOOPPPSS just found out this website not working & stuck on August 15th! Once again many thanks to Alan at Alpha1teclabs for all his help in unsticking etc!!
December 12th, DCBV show held in Oer-Erkenschwick, Germany, Malc takes Bouncer & Wilma to this show, although he wins the
Ch class & CAC Bouncer has to stand RBD behind his fabulous son Okeechobees Eyota who then takes BOB. Wilma was RCAC with 2nd in Ch bitch. Bouncer's other daughter Okeechobee's Wenonah wins a huge JB class. We would like to thank the Club for their
hospitality & Zori for all her help in entering & attending this show.
The judge was Mrs Helen Tonkson (Mooncraft).
November 26th, Bulldog Inc open show, Duffy is placed 4th in a massive PB class under breed specialist Paul Seal (Sealaville).
November 20th, British Bulldog Club Ch Sh, once again Dino is 3rd (at least he is consistent), Duffy is scared out of her wits by a child collapsing a chair
behind her so is unplaced, Mel is not amused! Muffin still being well behaved gets 3rd in UB, the judge Bill Roberts (Isgraig) cannot place her higher
as she is sporting a hole in her neck courtesy of Dani from Down Under!! Again apart from unruly kids a well run enjoyable show!
November 6th, MBTC Ch Sh, our Raps (Erenden Pavlova In Kofyn) is BVIS at 11 years young, the judge is Mrs Maureen Hughes (Graymor)
November 5th, Bulldog Club of Wales open show, Dino collects yet another 3rd in PD handled by Tim Tuesly, Laffin Boy (Garth) ws 4th in OD, Duffy was 2nd in PB & the slowly improving Muffin was 3rd in OB. As usual we had a fab day out at this well run friendly show.
October 27th, Midland Counties Ch Sh, dramatic day as our dog van expires on the motorway & just makes it to Stafford before dying completely so we are unable to return on the Sunday. RAC provided us with a great tow truck driver! Our naughty
Bulldogs were unplaced in breed but Dino managed a VHC in the puppy stakes under Mrs Ann Ingram.
October 9th, SWKA Ch Sh, Wilma is 4th in OB under Danny McGregor (Merlindan).
October 8th Liskeard & DCS open show, Mel has the great honour of judging the Toy group & is delighted to see her Group 1, the Min Pin Collypins Lickety Split
owned by Mesdames Collison & Dare take RBIS under BIS judge Mrs Rosemary Lord (Heckleaze). Mel would like to thank Liskeard & DCS for their hospitality, hot buttered toast on arrival & providing her with a super steward to boot.
October 8th SWKA championship show, Dino (Kofyn Krypt Kikka) is placed 3rd in JD & Duffy (Kofyn Kosmonaughtie) is also 3rd in JB
under breed specialist Chris Evison (Kikuchi) she is then awarded BPIB
& she then goes on to be shortlisted in the puppy group under Mr Frank Wildman (Wildax).
September 25th, Ulster Bull Terrier Club, sub group open show, Malcolm has the great honour of judging Standard Bull Terriers at this show, he finds his BOB in Mrs Dynes & Mr McGeown's Debully Warlord At Barbulls & is delighted to see him take BIS over the Staffie. As usual Malc has not taken a camera!
September 16th, Darlington Ch Sh, Mel has the great honour of judging both Bulldogs & Mini Bulls at this show & would like to thank the Darlington Committee for their hospitality, Super Loos & providing her with a fantastic steward. BOB, CC her third went to Mr & Mrs Dangerfield's Ch Hillplace Florence Of Bullfleet who delighted us all by taking group 4 under
Mr Ken Sinclair. BOS Mr & Mrs Seal's Sealaville He's Dolton also taking his 3rd CC on the day. In Mini Bulls BOB went to Jill & Sally Richardson's Quayardson Sir Albus. More pictures can be found here

September 10th, Richmond Ch Sh, Dani is 3rd in OB under judge Mrs Jill Peak (Bayard), unfortunately Dani was as bald as a coot for this show! Wilma however saved the day with RBB NSC under judge Mrs Meg Purnell-Carpenter (Overhills), followed by 3rd in the champion stakes, judge Mr Paul Harding (Pringhams)
and 2nd in the KCGC stakes, judge Mrs Valerie Foss!
September 4th, City of Birmingham
Ch Sh, Dino is 2nd in MPD and Duffy wins MPB so qualifying for Crufts, the judge is Mr Rodney Oldham (Towmena).
September 3rd, City of Birmingham
Ch Sh, Bouncer is RBD NSC and Wilma RBB NSC the judge is Mr Bert Easdon (Yakee).
We were only beaten by 2 of the UK's top terriers!
August 21st WKC Ch Sh, the first Ch Sh for our Bulldog pups. Dino (Kofyn Krypt Kikka) is placed third in MPD qualifying him for Crufts at his first attempt! Duffy (Kofyn Kosmonaughtie) is placed 4th in a large MPB class.
As usual Muffin does her Stavros Flatley impression to get 4th out of 4, we really despair! The judge was breed specialist Mrs Judith Daws (Outdoors). However by the stakes the pups had settled a bit so Dino was third in the MPD POTY and Duffy was 2nd in the MPD POTY stakes.
Best of Muffin quietened enough to clinch 4th in the Junior Stakes under Mr Max King! It is fair to say we had our best WKC ever and one of our best shows ever!!
August 20th WKC Championship show,
WOW what a day for the Kofyn Show Team, Wilma (Ch White Eyed And Legless In Kofyn) wins her 4th CC from Bull Terrier specialist Mrs Pat Dandridge. She was then placed 3rd in the KCGC stakes under judge Mr Max King. Not to be out done Dani (Yarraman Blu Koala In Kofyn) our Girl from Down Under
wins her first CC under Mr John McManus! To win two tickets on the same day with two different breeds is just amazing!
August 18th WKC Companion show, Dino wins RBPIS thanks to judges Colin Dowson and Martin Sanders!
August 15th We would like to assure everyone that although our Bouncer is being used to promote a commercial dog breeding kennels on their website he has no connection with this site and is still here with us. You can only get Bouncer puppies by coming to us.
We are currently taking legal action against the site's owners.
July 31st British Bulldog Club open show, judge Mr Peter Davis (Kismond). Dino was well behaved and placed 2nd. Duffy was plain naughty and placed 4th and once again Muffin was so wild we withdrew her from her class, we cant understand why our bulldogs are so lively and everyone else's are not!
July 17th Evesham & DCS hung over and tired having only just got to bed we were pleased when the entire show team (Dani, Dino, Duffy) got seconds and we could go home to catch up on sleep!
July 16th Mels & Duncs Party we all had a fantastic time pictures are on Facebook, big thank you to Jane & Debbie for my stripper loved him!
July 16th NP&WB Ch Sh our Dani is placed VHC the first time ever she has been thar far down the line but hey that is dog showing!
July 9th Tongwynlais CS first show for our pups. Biggles was just plain over excited, Dino was over awed, Muffin was her usual Stavros Flatley self but the star was Duffy who not only got placed in a huge junior variety class but took new JHA handler and Biggles co-owner 8
year old Ella Whelan to 4th spot in the JH classes!
June 30th Windsor Ch Sh, Bouncer is BD & BNSC and Wilma is BB & BOS the judge is Mr Stuart Mallard. Wilma is placed VHC in the champions stakes under Mrs Jill Peak.
June 24th Blackpool Ch Sh, Bouncer is BD & BOS, Wilma is BB & BOB under Terrier specialist Mr Ron Menaker (USA). Wilma is then shortlisted in the Terrier group by Mr Andrew Brace!
June 11th West Country Chihuahua Club, sub group open show, Mel has the honour of judging BIS which she awards to Shirley Lee's Tampico Delicious Knight At Leyju (L/C) & Mel is delighted to learn that since then he has gained his crown. RBIS Julie Southam's Baralicia Handsome Bingo (S/C) & BPIS Mr Rooney's Yorone Signature Look.
June 8th Three Counties Ch Sh once again, Bouncer is BD & BOB, Wilma BB & BOS and Gertie RBB the judge was Mr Phillip Horspool. Later Bouncer made it to the final cut in the terrier group under judge Bill Brown Cole.
June 4th SCCA Ch Sh, Bouncer & daughter Wilma once again do the double with Bouncer getting BOB. However the icing on
the cake was Bouncer's other daughter Gertie (Kofyn Kontessa Von Hofstetter) clinching RBB behind her half sister, congrats to owner Jane Wright. The judge was Mr Harri Lehkonen from Finland.
May 30th Bath Ch Sh, the naughty Muffin (Bowreem Kewee Two In Kofyn) stands still just enough to qualify for Crufts, yippee!!
The judge is breed specialist Mr Jeff Lane (Anjefan).
May 28th West Mercia Welsh Medal Show Cassie the horse attends her first championship show and gets 3rd out of 3 mainly due to the fact Mel could not keep up with the pro handlers! You can see us in action by clicking here TopShots It is a hell of a lot faster than dog showing!
May 27th Bath Ch Sh Bouncer is BD & BOB in the NSC classes the judge is Mr David Guy (Donzeata). Wilma is BB & BOS,
and is also placed third in her first championship stakes class
under judge Mr Martin Sanders. Best of all Wilma takes and passes her KC Good Citizens Bronze award
with a one minute stay and perfect recall - woo hoo!!, not just beauty but brains as well!
May 21st SKC Ch Sh Dani clinches yet another RBCC,
the judge Mrs F Somerfield says she still has to mature, so we have to wait!
May 15th Marden & DCS Riding Club, Mel enters a show ring for the first time ever with Cassie (Castellcoety Caredwin) the Welsh Section D horse, we are delighted with our third placing despite getting the trailer some what stuck!
May 5th Birmingham National Ch Sh, Dani our Girl From Down Under wins a strong Limit class the judge is Lady Huntingdon.
May 1st WELKS Ch Sh, Muffin (Bowreem Kewee Two In Kofyn) did a very good Michael Flatley impression in the puppy bitch class but we never the less were thrilled with her 4th place under Bulldog specialist judge Mrs Susan Rowe (Rockytop).
Our site counter is set to unique hits only but we know it has become a bit of 'cult' with even judges viewing to see what we have to say about them.
However many thanks to Anne Moynagh who wrote in our guest book
